Delivery method
UK orders are sent Tracked 48. All other orders are sent by International Standard mail. I normally send out orders the day payment clears.
VAT
Prices include 20% VAT where the goods are delivered to an address within the UK.
Import Duty
Please note that packages posted outside Europe have a customs label with the full purchase price on it.
You might be asked to pay Import Duty when you receive your purchase. The threshold and percentage varies by country.
Returns policy
Purchases can be returned at your own expense for a full refund.
You will be reimbursed for return delivery costs if the item you received was damaged.
How to return an item
- Mail me within a week to let me know if you're returning something. If the item was damaged upon receipt, mail me a photo.
- Obtain a Certificate of Posting (or equivalent) stamped by the Post Office.
- Return the item within 14 days of your receiving it.
Earrings must be unworn and jewellery items must be returned in their original boxes.
All items must be returned in the condition you received it.
